Using nutritional science, functional medicine and holistic health methods I will assess your nutritional needs, identify where you need extra support with specific nutrients that you are lack in or in excess consumption of and highlight the mistakes you are making that are making your symptoms worse. 

 

Over the course of this hour-long session, we will deep dive into your health history and current lifestyle. You will receive a personalised plan that will give you a detailed roadmap of how to transform your energy, wellbeing and vitality.
