Is it normal to have constipation, feel 'hangry',

I understand your pain.....I too found myself confused by the overwhelming amount of information out there. I was often left with more questions than answers, wondering 'why do I feel like this when everyone else seems to be ok?'. I made key steps to free myself from the prison of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), PCOS and hormonal imbalances and you can too.

I know exactly how you feel....for many years I was powered by stress ( that I thought I could handle) always tired, had IBS, always bloated, low in energy and with PCOS. The situation was made worse by a. busy personal life, eating on the go and not getting enough sleep. 

After being dismissed by the G.P on numerous occasions I found nutritional and holistic therapy. Hungry to learn more about holistic health I trained for three years at the world-renowned College Of Naturopathic Medicine, London to become a nutritional therapist and a naturopath - using my took kit of functional medicine, nutritional science and natural health toolkit to bring women just like you back into balance.
